It is anti-inflammatory, reduces blood pressure, has anti flu symptoms, improves blood cholesterol levels, diabetes, has antioxidant effects and helps with digestion.Milk: If you are intolerant to cow milk, then you can try almond, rice or coconut milk. In case of using cow's milk it should be skimmed so that the intake of fat will not be significant.

Rice:This can be white or brown. The first is digested more quickly as it contains less fiber, but the second is more healthy. In any case, it is a great source of carbohydrates and feeds the glycogen reserves that are exhausted  in the muscles after exercise. Moreover, it is recommended for those who have very strenuous activities during the day, because it provides more vitality than a fruit or juice. Once it's prepared you can leave it up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

All you have to do is pour 1 litter of milk in a saucepan with a stick of cinnamon and lemon peel; then, heat until boiling. Then add 200 g of rice and lower the heat to medium. Stir occasionally to avoid blistering, using a wooden spoon. After 20 minutes, remove the cinnamon and serve in cups or individual bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
